Many of our upbringings created a naivety that left us broken, carrying false beliefs and cycles that were never ours to carry. Sometimes, it’s not our upbringing; it’s the relationships we stepped into as we grew into this world that shaped our patterns, cycles, naivety, and left us broken.

But transformation is possible, and it starts with understanding who you truly are.
